SVB Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering vulnerable individuals in Nigeria, regardless of age or gender. Our mission is to bridge the gap and promote equality through education, financial aid, support services, skills acquisition, and advocacy.

CEO/FOUNDER

he Founder is responsible for the overall vision, mission, and strategic direction of the foundation. They set the tone for the organization’s culture and values and lead efforts to achieve its goals. The Founder plays a key role in establishing partnerships, securing funding, and representing the foundation at events and in the community. They provide guidance and support to the Executive Director and the board, ensuring that the foundation remains true to its founding principles and objectives.

Na’anshak Simon Lalong

Executive Director

The Executive Director manages the day-to-day operations of the foundation and serves as the second in command. They implement the board’s policies, oversee staff, and ensure programs and services are effectively delivered. They work closely with the Board Chairman to support the foundation’s initiatives and ensure alignment with its mission.

Ibrahim Donglong

Board Chairman

The Board Chairman presides over board meetings, ensures effective governance, and provides leadership to the board.

They collaborate with the Executive Director to support the foundation’s initiatives and ensure alignment with its mission.

Daniel Ngonadi

Vice Board Chairman

The Vice Board Chairman assists the Board Chairman in their duties and steps in when the Chairman is unavailable. They support the board’s activities and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.

Board Secretary

The Board Secretary is responsible for maintaining records of board meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. They act as a liaison between the board and the foundation’s staff, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Development Director

The Development Director focuses on fundraising and resource development. They create and implement strategies to secure financial support from donors, grants, and other funding sources. They also build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Program Director

The Program Director oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of the foundation’s programs. They ensure programs align with the foundation’s mission and meet the needs of the community. They also manage program staff and resources to achieve optimal outcomes.

The Programmes Content Advisor is responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of the foundation’s programs and projects. They ensure that programs are delivered effectively, meet their objectives, and align with the foundation’s mission. He provides oversight on content creation and dissemination of content related to the foundation’s work, ensuring it is accurate, engaging, and aligns with the foundation’s goals.

The Director of Media Relations handles the foundation’s public image and communications. They manage media relations, social media, and public relations efforts to promote the foundation’s activities and achievements. They also develop and implement strategies to enhance the foundation’s visibility and reputation.

The Director of Women and Education focuses on initiatives that support women’s empowerment and educational programs. They develop and oversee projects aimed at improving the status and opportunities for women and education in the community. They also collaborate with other directors to integrate gender and education perspectives into all foundation activities
